Our new show home BOX. This new show home, located in the grounds of our factory in Hameln, has been opened on September 9th 2012. The 2-storey flat-roof contemporary house combines modern architecture with optimal energy efficiency and outstanding ecological credentials. The eco-house is heated by an air source heat pump, in combination with a controlled ventilation system with heat recovery. With photovoltaic panels, this house is classified as "plus energy" - that is, it generates more energy than it uses. Smart home technology is installed so that electrical installations, e.g. external blinds, can be controlled via I-phone or I-Pad.
